A few years ago, having personally experienced the many benefits of reflexology, I was inspired to make a career change and to qualify as a Professional Practitioner in Clinical Reflexology. It is a nationally recognised and regulated Level 5 Diploma, comprising of competency in anatomy and physiology; pathology and holistic based units; which are registered and regulated by OFQUAL. My specialist treatments include: fertility and maternity; cancer and palliative; hand reflexology and NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody (NEPIP - a treatment specific to the body’s responses to stress).

Reflexology has enhanced my family’s quality of life, and I thoroughly enjoy empowering my clients to understand their bodies, thereby discovering the gentle power of self-healing, vastly improving their well-being.

My tailored treatment programmes are very effective at helping to relieve symptoms associated with many conditions, and particularly those of long COVID, e.g. fatigue, insomnia, dizziness, depression, stress, anxiety… I provide regular reflexology treatments on the feet or hands, allowing the body to work synergistically, and a sense of well-being is experienced on all levels.

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), I am committed to high professional standards and adhere to their strict code of practice. I believe that continued learning is important for any good Holistic Therapist.

I have a lovely, nurturing treatment room in my home, where my clients are able to relax in a tranquil atmosphere. I also offer home visits in my local area.

Reflexology is suitable for any age or gender, and I have supported clients with a wide range of medical issues.

Experience reflexology for yourself; book an appointment and bring balance to your life - your feet are in safe hands!
